Well, that was some fun speculation, but Beckett is reporting the TRO on Upper Deck has been lifted.
Updated to add… Just because the temporary restraining order is lifted does not mean that Topps initial lawsuit seeking monetary damages has ended, as far as I can tell. It simply means that the Upper Deck is allowed to release all products as scheduled for now. Neither the Beckett article above nor this SCD article make reference to the initial suit.
