There are numerous laws that just took effect for toy items in 2009. Trading cards fall under the toy laws and you will see different things….the interesting part is that pay attention to the age because I will bet we will see different age groups for products throughout the year. I know that if you put ages 15+ you can by pass alot of the testing etc.
